BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, CLICKING "I ACCEPT" OR "I AGREE," SUBMITTING ANY FORM, REQUESTING SERVICES, SUBMITTING PAYMENT, OR OTHERWISE USING ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY SENTINEL GLOBAL OR SENTINEL GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN:

• A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE (Section 14)

• A CLASS ACTION WAIVER (Section 14.4)

• A JURY TRIAL WAIVER (Section 14.5)

• A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY (Section 7)

• LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY (Section 12)

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES.

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the following entities (collectively, "Sentinel Global," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"):

• Sentinel Global Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Parent Company" or "Holding Company"), which owns and controls all intellectual property, proprietary systems, and corporate assets; and

• Sentinel Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the "Operating Company"), which conducts client-facing operations and service delivery.

References to "Sentinel Global" throughout these Terms include both entities individually and collectively. Your agreement to these Terms constitutes agreement with both entities, and either entity may enforce these Terms.

Sentinel Global Receivership Services, LLC is a separate legal entity that serves as a court-appointed receiver or fiduciary only when expressly authorized by judicial order, subject to applicable bonding and court oversight. These Terms do not govern receivership services.

• "You," "User," or "Client" means any individual or entity accessing this Website or using any Services.

• "Website" means sentinelglobal.ai and any related subdomains, applications, or digital properties.

• "Services" means all forensic intelligence, verification, investigation, due diligence, asset tracing, advisory, consulting, and related services offered by Sentinel Global.

• "Deliverables" means all reports, analyses, documentation, and work product provided by Sentinel Global.

• "Fees" means all retainers, service fees, deposits, expenses, and other amounts payable.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms through any of the following actions:

(a) Accessing or browsing the Website

(b) Clicking "I Accept," "I Agree," "Submit," or any similar acknowledgment

(c) Submitting any form, inquiry, or request for information

(d) Requesting a consultation, briefing, or engagement

(e) Submitting any payment, retainer, or deposit by any method

(f) Signing any engagement letter, statement of work, or service agreement that references these Terms

(g) Receiving or using any Services or Deliverables

(h) Communicating with Sentinel Global via email, phone, or any other channel

(i) Any other use of or interaction with the Website or Services

Your continued use of the Website or Services after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind such entity. If you lack such authority, you must not accept these Terms and must not use the Website or Services.

BY USING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM THAT:

(j) You have read these Terms in their entirety

(k) You have had the opportunity to consult with independent legal counsel before accepting

(l) You understand all terms, including the arbitration clause, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, and no-refund policy

(m) You voluntarily agree to be bound by all terms

(n) You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements

Sentinel Global provides forensic intelligence and verification services for capital, legal, and high-risk decisions where failure is not an option. Services include:

• Forensic Intelligence and Investigations: Multi-chain and cross-jurisdictional asset tracing, financial flow reconstruction, entity and identity linkage analysis, court-ready reporting and evidentiary support

• Pre-Deal Forensic Diligence: Counterparty and founder verification, business and transaction risk analysis, M&A and investment diligence, adverse history and deception indicator detection

• Intelligence Mapping and Network Analysis: Entity graphing, relationship mapping, pattern detection, behavioral anomaly detection, intelligence summaries

• Asset Recovery Support: Recovery pathway analysis, law enforcement coordination support, claims documentation, financial loss substantiation

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are set forth in a separate Invoice, Statement of Work ("SOW") or engagement letter. These Terms govern all engagements unless expressly modified in a signed SOW.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SENTINEL GLOBAL:

(o) Does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, finding, or conclusion

(p) Does not guarantee recovery of any assets regardless of investigative findings

(q) Does not guarantee identification of all relevant information, assets, parties, or risks

(r) Does not guarantee success in any legal proceeding or regulatory matter

(s) Does not guarantee admissibility of Deliverables in any jurisdiction

(t) Is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice

(u) Provides findings based on available information, which may be incomplete or subject to change

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all interactions with Sentinel Global. You represent and warrant that:

(v) All information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge

(w) You have the legal right to provide all information and materials submitted

(x) Your use of Services is for lawful purposes only

(y) You are not using Services to perpetrate fraud, harassment, stalking, or other illegal activity

You agree NOT to:

(z) Use the Website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

(aa) Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information

(bb) Interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers

(cc) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data

(dd) Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

(ee) Copy, modify, or distribute Website content without authorization

(ff) Use automated systems to access the Website without permission

(gg) Violate any applicable law or regulation

Fees for Services are set forth in the applicable SOW and may include retainer fees, fixed fees, hourly fees, success fees, and reimbursable expenses.

Unless otherwise specified:

(hh) Retainers are due in full before Services commence

(ii) Invoices are due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date

(jj) Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate

(kk) Sentinel Global may suspend Services for non-payment

By providing payment information (credit card, debit card, ACH, wire transfer, or other method), you:

(ll) Authorize Sentinel Global to charge all Fees due under these Terms and any SOW

(mm) Represent that you are the authorized account holder or have authorization to use the payment method

(nn) Acknowledge that this authorization constitutes informed consent to all charges

(oo) Authorize recurring charges for milestone or installment payments without additional consent

(pp) Agree that charges are valid even if specific invoices are not separately signed

You acknowledge that credit and debit card transactions are subject to the rules of applicable card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). By accepting these Terms and submitting payment, you confirm:

(qq) You have received adequate disclosure of all terms, conditions, and policies before payment

(rr) You have reviewed and understood the no-refund policy before submitting payment

(ss) Services have been accurately described and you understand what you are purchasing

(tt) You consent to all charges and waive the right to dispute charges based on dissatisfaction with results

(uu) Your acceptance constitutes authorization for all charges described in the applicable Invoice / SOW

Sentinel Global maintains comprehensive records of all transactions, including:

• Your acceptance of these Terms (timestamp, IP address, acceptance method, device information)

• All communications regarding scope, fees, and terms

• Payment authorizations and transaction confirmations

• Service delivery records and Deliverables provided

• Any other documentation relevant to the engagement

These records shall be used to verify transactions and contest any disputes.
